Welcome to Vektor Leather. These Terms set out the conditions under which you may use our website and purchase our products. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, along with our Shipping, Returns and Privacy Policies.

This website is operated by Vektor Leather. When we say “we”, “us” or “our”, we’re referring to the team behind the brand.
We aim to keep things simple, transparent and fair.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the secure e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our products to you.

2. Products & Craftsmanship

Every Vektor Leather product is handcrafted using natural, top-grain and kangaroo leathers.
No two pieces are identical — variations in grain, tone, texture and markings are normal and make each item unique.

Product photos are provided as accurately as possible, but natural variations may occur.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time.
Full payment is required before dispatch.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal or other approved processors.
We never store or access your full card information.

4. Orders

We may refuse, limit or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, errors or misuse of the Services.
If we make changes to or cancel an order, we will notify you using the email provided at checkout.

Please review your order carefully before confirming, as changes may not be possible once processing has begun.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically and internationally from Queensland, Australia.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delays caused by postal services, customs or other external factors are outside our control.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to that policy.
