Every Vektor Leather piece is handcrafted in Australia with care. We do our best to pack and ship your order quickly, safely and with the attention it deserves.


Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may take longer. If so, we will notify you by email with an updated timeframe.


Shipping Rates & Methods

All orders are shipped from Australia using trusted carriers.

Domestic (Australia)

  • Sent via Australia Post with tracking.

  • $10 AUD flat rate for orders under $120 AUD.

  • Free shipping for orders $120 AUD and above.

International

  • We ship worldwide.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight/size.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their local authorities.


Delivery Timeframes

Domestic (Australia):

Approximately 2–7 business days from dispatch.

International:

Approximately 6–27 business days from dispatch, depending on destination and service availability.

Please note that once parcels are lodged with the carrier, events such as customs delays, international transit issues or postal disruptions may extend delivery times. While these delays are outside our control, we will support you wherever possible.


Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to begin updating.


Lost, Damaged or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for the parcel passes to the postal service.
However — your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) still apply.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, including:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the product

We will review the situation promptly and work with both you and the carrier to find a fair and reasonable resolution.

If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will assist in lodging an investigation with the carrier. Confirmed faults or failures by the carrier may entitle you to remedies under ACL.
