At Vektor Leather, every piece is handcrafted with care in Australia. We want you to feel confident when choosing one of our products, and we stand behind the quality of what we make.

The Nature of Handcrafted Leather

We use natural, top-grain and kangaroo leathers. Variations in texture, grain, markings or colour are normal and part of the character of genuine leather. These natural differences are not considered faults.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

We comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product is faulty, unsafe, not of acceptable quality or not as described.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll review the issue and guide you through the next steps.

For minor issues, a repair may be offered first, as permitted under ACL. If the item is confirmed faulty, Vektor Leather will cover the return postage.

Change of Mind

Because our goods are handcrafted in small batches and often made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. If you’re unsure about a product before ordering, reach out — we’re always here to help.

Custom & Personalised Items

Custom, engraved or personalised items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless faulty or not in line with consumer guarantees.

Packaging for Approved Returns

If a return is approved, please pack the item securely. We will provide the return address during the claims process. While we cover return shipping for confirmed faults, we can’t be responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging when sending an item back.
